The purpose of the current research is to provide a suitable process model for monitoring and monitoring the environment in banks to face the future of the banking industry. This research is an exploratory study with practical goals. After examining the comparative studies and using the Delphi method, the conceptual model was designed based on the model of Haynes et al. The content validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by the opinion of experts. Based on the results of the research, a validated process model consisting of 4 main processes: finding, analyzing, framing and applying was presented. This model can be used in recognition, analysis and proper planning to face the future of the banking industry in the country's banking network.
