The publication " Budget and Finance Strategic Research " with publication license number 86323 dated 1/02/1399 by the Vice-President of Press Affairs and Information of the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance, has been published since the spring of 1399 by the Faculty of Management and Economics of Imam Hossein University, whose purpose is to provide a suitable platform for the exchange of information and the publication of the results of scientific, technical and specialized studies and research by scientists, professors, researchers and students in the fields related to the program, budget and finance.
Audience of the Journal: The audience of this Journal consists of researchers, university faculty members, specialists in budget and finance fields and related fields.
This journal accepts articles in the following areas through its internet system and in compliance with the guidelines of the authors' section:
1) The budget field includes: resource allocation, budget structure, government budget, budgeting methods, resource allocation models, government resource management, organizing government resources and debts, public sector finance, financial discipline and preventing wastage of resources, techniques for calculating the cost of activities, operational budgeting and management accounting developments.
2) The financial field includes: the development of financial discipline, the dimensions of internal controls, the functioning of financial institutions, modern Islamic financial tools, regional and international financial markets, financial laws and regulations, regulatory organizations, financial engineering of projects, providing financial resources, resource distribution policies, optimal investment and creating value for the government and stakeholders.
3) The field of banking and insurance includes: Islamic banking, equipping and allocating banking resources, risk management, monetary policy, interest rates, restructuring the banking system, promoting transparency, new models and dimensions of insurance, improving risk coverage, developing financial and economic security, combating money laundering and terrorist financing.
4) The field of financial markets includes: capital market, insurance market, housing market, foreign exchange market, oil market, commodity markets and other strategic markets.
