Feasibility of using the model of financing actors' relations in investment banking to make the depositor's and receiver's facility relations real in Iran's banking system

Abstract

Despite the existence of a 100-year history of banking in Iran, Iranian banking has problems such as formality of contracts and inefficiency. The present study uses the feasibility model of the relationship between the financial actors of investment banking in order to make the relationship between the depositor and the recipient of facilities in the banking system of Iran real and solve the current problems of the banking system of Iran. The current research was conducted using library studies, expert interviews and fuzzy Delphi questionnaire, and the statistical sample was selected in a purposeful-judgmental manner. The size of the statistical sample is different in every step. The results of the research show that the measured dimensions from the point of view of scholars in the field of finance and systemic approach literature, including systemic and It is unsystematic. The components of the mentioned dimension include provision of resources, management, allocation of resources, political, economic, social, technological, environmental and legal. According to the opinion of the experts and thinkers of the monetary and financial field of Iran, the implementation of the mentioned model is possible and can solve the problems of the banking system of Iran and make the relationship between the receiver and depositor facilities real. In addition, during the research process, a model for the feasibility of using the relationship model of a financial institution in other financial institutions was developed and explained.
